The Community Inclusion Professional is responsible for integrating individuals with disabilities into the community to participate in work recreational, leisure, and volunteer activities. The Community Inclusion Professional will provide training, support needs, and direct care, to the individuals in the community. The Community Inclusion Professional will work with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent and experience or knowledge of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills required. Satisfactory Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances required. Valid PA Driverís License preferred.
