experience Benefits Analyst is an integral part of the Total Rewards
team by contributing to the redesign/design of Kennametal employee
benefit programs by providing analytical support for self-funded health
plans, insurance plans, retirement plans, through the management and/or
coordination of key initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources or Finance preferred)Minimum of 5 years of
experience in any of the following fields: benefits, compensation,
insurance, retirement, or health careProficiency in MS
Office suite, including advanced functions (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP,
PivotTables, etc.) in Excel requiredKnowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA regulationsInteracts
professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization,
customers, vendors, team members, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information
