This is a mid-level administrative position  providing support for detailed work/projects, data management and both internal and external communications. 

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate the administrative needs of the management team, to include general daily duties, such as preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining documentation systems, and other related activities.                                
  • Request, collect, review, and organize data and/or information and develop into reports for department use.                            
  • Investigate questionable areas on reports, received information, etc. and make administrative decisions.                             
  • Communicate cross-department  issues and needs as well as externally to customers, vendors, contractors, etc.
  • Process and validate confidential information and records such as invoices, check management, etc.                
  • Use computer software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. to produce reports, presentations or other documents related to meter reading.
  • Oversee document retention to include receiving, cataloging, stocking, retrieving and timely destruction of documents for storage.
  • Assist with daily mail delivery, sorting and distribution to include gathering and shipping express mail packages.
  • Assist in daily team work order requests to include but not limited to assigning work tickets, coordinating contractor efforts to complete work, create security badges and fulfill work orders when possible.
