Responsible for leading a team of business analysts and user experience analysts to envision and create a world class digital eCommerce experience for our customers.  Leads efforts to evolve search and browse paths, product pages, checkout flow, quoting and other key experiences within ecommerce platform. Understands customer needs and expectations through customer journey mapping, personal development, ethnographic studies and field visits; and recommends a digital roadmap to help execute strategic goals.

EXPERIENCE:


- Business analyst, user experience, project management or similar role in digital eCommerce field. - 10 years required; 12 years preferred

- Managing a staff in digital or eCommerce roles - 3 years required; 4 years preferred

- Human resources and career pathing processes such as evaluating performance, setting goals and objectives, coaching and mentoring and tactical activities related to managing a team. - 3 years required; 5 years preferred.

- B2B or B2C eCommerce preferred. - 6 years required; 8 years preferred.

- Hybris eCommerce platform a plus. - 3 years required; 4 years preferred

- Endeca search and browse platform a plus. - 3 years required; 4 years preferred

- All digital channels, including web, mobile, apps and social; experience with scanning and mobility solutions a plus. - 5 years required; 7 years preferred
