Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Supply Chain

As the Sr. HRBP supporting AEO’s Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Services function, you will play an integral role in identifying, evaluating and implementing talent and culture initiatives that will sustain, optimize and constantly enhance AEO’s supply chain capabilities in a rapidly evolving environment. Specifically, in this newly created role, you will be responsible for working in partnership with the Director of Human Resources to provide transformational change management, talent development and HR partnership / consultancy across the global supply chain teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting and/or industry role, including organizational change management initiatives, communications development, organizational design and development, HR strategy or operations
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects; PMP or related certificate preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s / MBA preferred
  • Experience in HR, Consulting, and/or Corporate Communications
  • Experience supporting workshops, large meetings, or presentations to senior leaders
  • Ability to execute a project plan, managing to deadlines and paying acute attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to work effectively across teams, levels and varying professional styles
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership, including the desire and eagerness to mentor and assist in the professional development of others
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint), and data analysis (MS Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to travel
