Major Activities:

  • Lead Regional Marketing Communication and Content Marketing in close collaboration with Brand Management and operational BU-Marketing e.g. product launches, marketing campaigns and events.
  • Define and execute the Go-to-Market-Communication Strategy along the value chain for BU Marketing and it´s product brands according to the Covestro positioning guidelines.
  • Define and execute the strategic and operational planning of all marketing communication activities including key performance measurement (KPI´s).
  • Support BU Marketing in development of persuasive Value Propositions for product and service offers.
  • Define the Multi-/Omni channel eco system (e.g. Paid/Earned/ Owned Channels and touchpoints).
  • Drive Strategic content planning across all communication channels (online and offline).
  • Prioritize marketing requests: Strategic and operative planning of marketing communication and content creation resources.
  • Accountable for central marketing services budget planning, result monitoring and optimization.
  • Steer agencies and other communication partners and actively steward all agency work on predefined objectives.
  • Align and exchange with other reg. MarCom & Content heads
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing and marketing communications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a marketing communications or content team
