Apply and implement predictive maintenance technologies including Vibration, IR Thermography, Oil Analysis,Ultrasonic, and Motor Circuit Analysis.Perform detailed specialized inspections to our equipment, such as mechanical inspections to rotary kilns andmills.Apply specialized tools to help the plants maintaining the equipment, such as laser alignment, fan balancing,hot kiln alignments and thickness inspections.Document failures and anomalies. Create reports. Communicate findings with the plants
Associate Degree in a technical discipline or related field experience. (5) years industry experience; two (2) of which must be in Predictive Maintenance Technologies.Predictive Technolgies Certifications preferred.Prior experience demonstrating effective leadership skillsDemonstrable team work and maturity with a strong work ethicFluency in spoken and written English.High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Asset Management/Reliability programs and associated software programs is highly preferred.
