Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

  • Apply and implement predictive maintenance technologies including Vibration, IR Thermography, Oil Analysis,
  • Ultrasonic, and Motor Circuit Analysis.
  • Perform detailed specialized inspections to our equipment, such as mechanical inspections to rotary kilns and
  • mills.
  • Apply specialized tools to help the plants maintaining the equipment, such as laser alignment, fan balancing,
  • hot kiln alignments and thickness inspections.
  • Document failures and anomalies. Create reports. Communicate findings with the plants
  • Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a technical discipline or related field experience. 
  • (5) years industry experience; two (2) of which must be in Predictive Maintenance Technologies.
  • Predictive Technolgies Certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience demonstrating effective leadership skills
  • Demonstrable team work and maturity with a strong work ethic
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Asset Management/Reliability programs and associated software programs is highly preferred.
